  • Once the package is marked delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS you will need to contact the responsible carrier for your package to obtain any information

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned for exchange (if we still have the correct size in stock) or refund.
  • Barrel of Bargains, Sorta Sweet Originals, Holiday items once holiday has passed, Jewelry, Hats, Bralettes, and Leggings are ALL FINAL sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached, and remain unwashed, unworn, and free of odors or perfumes.
  • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must be sent back to
